With Thadomal Shahani Centre for Management, I learned many things through various activities. The activities made the course spellbinding. It was altogether the best way of teaching that helped boost my confidence—feeling short of words to describe their art of teaching. Furthermore, after passing out of the school, there was a yearning to meet school teachers. However, I met TSCFM faculties who connected with the students exceptionally well. The faculty here not only teaches but also gives equal care and attention to everyone; they nurture every student supremely.
The best part of Thadomal Shahani Centre for Management is that there is no entrance test required for enrollment; that captivated me. However, initially, there were online lectures, yet professors made sure to make them more interactive. The faculty used to share their real-life experiences, which inspired us and made us look forward to life. Whereas, In offline lectures, many activities like a shark tank, MBA quiz, egg challenge, scale model and many more moulded us perfectly for the real world. Shortly, it was a fun learning experience and filled with adventure.
Before joining the course, I thought it would be one track, where there would be a classroom, books, and a board. However, I was incorrect, as the study was beyond the bounds. There were many activities: Present the country, no Dabba day and many more to elevate our learnings and skills. To summarise, my learning experience was truly unique and exciting.
TSCFM has done an excellent job of sustaining politeness and etiquette in students. My placement at AU small finance Bank is solely a result of the faculty's diligence and commitment to their work. We all found the lectures, activities, and sessions very comfortable and fruitful. I had a wonderful time here.
I had the pleasure of recruiting candidates from TSCFM. It was nice to see that students are well-trained by the institute. While interviewing the students we came to know that students are well-versed with banking products and job profiles, and they have excellent knowledge of
the banking sector. We hired many candidates who were eligible as per our criteria. Overall, it was a good experience.
TSCFM has done an excellent job in training the students. The candidates we came across here are best suitable because they are well aware of industry products and have excellent knowledge. TSCFM students are well-trained for particular job roles. I want to thank TSCFM, and I will surely recommend it.
The students out here, do have good knowledge. The faculty have been training them well, especially when it comes to Banking and Insurance. So, I shortlisted some people earlier and then get them on board. They are doing very well out there as well. A good reason to hire from TSCFM is that all students here I think have more or less all the requirements which a banker can look at. It is working to my advantage because I've got a good set of candidates and I surely recommend TSCFM.
I believe this institute is absolutely unique from other institutes, mainly because of the diverse teaching approaches they use for students. I feel fortunate enough to get an opportunity to recruit candidates from Thadomal Shahani Centre for Management. While interviewing, I witnessed students perfectly groomed for the interview and had excellent knowledge about the BFSI industry. Also, the students were prompt and confident while answering the questions.
