Google launches start-up accelerator programme for women founders
Google has launched its new start-ups accelerator program which aims to help around 20 start-ups by women founders in India. Google says the program will help the start-up founder address challenges to their experience, which primarily includes fundraising and hiring among others.

Google’s first batch of the Startups Accelerator – India Women Founders program will select up to 20 ladies who established/helped to establish start-ups in the country. This includes new start-ups which are at the early product platform and backing them through a three-month program.

The program will place special focus on areas like access to networks, access to capital, recruiting difficulties, mentorship, and numerous others which, for an assortment of social reasons and low representation, demonstrate trying for female founders.

Moreover, the educational plan will include workshops and support around AI/ML, Cloud, UX, Android, web, product strategy, and growth, as well as give access to a global community of women founders. Google mentioned that the applications for the program are open till July 10.
