Instamojo launches digital stack for SMEs
June 09, 2021
Digital service provider, Instamojo on Tuesday said that it has launched its e-commerce stack to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands to come online.
With this drive, Instamojo will empower DTC brands to launch their own autonomous online stores and offer different types of assistance including request the board, online payments, logistics, payouts, credit, alongside advertising and marketing for greater visibility.
“We needed to launch e-commerce solutions for SMEs back in 2018, anyway it took us 2-3 years to launch this stack. Through our online commerce stack, we aren’t simply helping SMEs set up digital storefronts yet, in addition, furnishing them with a large group of other backed services expected to operate these online stores which include order management and logistics,” told Sampad Swain, CEO and co-founder Instamojo to Mint.
Prior to February, Instamojo also acquired e-commerce enablement firm GetMeAShop, upheld by Times Internet, to build its e-commerce stack for SMEs.
As per Swain, helping small merchants create independent digital storefronts allows them to create brand loyalty and a direct connection with clients, as compared to listings on e-commerce websites.
