KoinX announces crypto taxation services
KoinX, an automated crypto taxation platform in India, has released a crypto taxation service, titled, ‘KoinX for Tax Professionals’. The said crypto service is labelled as a B2B2C, which means ‘business-to-business-to-consumer’.

The said service is likely to enhance KoinX’s customer base by 400 percent in 2023, with more than 3000 interested CA professionals and CA firms, etc. Further, the CA fraternity will benefit from this service as it reduces their TAT (turnaround time) by 99 percent when compared to the manual offering.

This new offering by KoinX lets a CA onboard all clients and manage their crypto taxes via a dashboard, which gives a view of their client’s portfolio worth, list of exchanges, etc. Moreover, CAs will get exclusive access to KoinX’s ‘Mastering Crypto tax series’ and will also have a chance to connect through live sessions with the crypto tax experts. Further, the above-mentioned platform aims to offer tax professionals the visibility and discovery of their firms on its CA directory page.

To enhance the user experience, the platform claims to offer support through chat, email, as well as phone calls. Interestingly, KoinX also offers regular updates about changes in regulations to its clients.

According to Punit Agarwal, KoinX’s CEO and Founder, ‘Despite the Govt’s crypto-antagonistic attitude, authorities like CBDT and CBIS are moving swiftly towards recovering taxes as the Union Budget approaches. We are proud that the introduction of Tax professionals will enable the CA fraternity and potentially plug crypto tax leakages in India.’
