The Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman, on Tuesday, introduced that skilling programmes and partnerships with the trade could be reoriented to promote steady skilling avenues, sustainability, and employability.
The National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) can be lined up with dynamic trade wants, and the Digital Ecosystem for Skilling and Livelihood the DESH-Stack e-portal can be launched. This goal is to empower residents to talent, reskill or upskill by means of online training and supply API-based trusted talent credentials, cost, and discovery layers to discover related jobs and entrepreneurial alternatives.
