Unemployment rate of India increased in February

Unemployment rate increased in India in the month of February to 7.78% which caused slowdown in economy.

The economy expanded very slowly in last three months in last six years and coronavirus outbreak has been a problem.

Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy released a data which reflected slowdown of the Indian economy. According to the data released by CMIE, unemployment in rural areas has increased and unemployment in urban areas has reduced.
