Amazon desires to make it easier for Fire TV users to locate free streaming content material, it is rolling out a brand new “Free” tab to customers within the US.

Inside the tab, a top row will feature a number of the maximum famous free, ad-supported streaming apps. Below that, users will discover curated films and TV series from Amazon’s content partners.

The tab will point customers to apps like IMDb TV, Pluto TV, Crackle, and The CW, in addition to Twitch, Red Bull, PBS and PBS Kids. It will break down free content material into categories like new, trending, and popular. And it’s going to encompass a bottom row with news from Fire TV’s News app.
