Amazon testing robots to work in warehouse

Amazon is testing robots to move carts and packages at its warehouse facilities which was previously occupied by healthcare logistics uk, which it says will make workers safer and reduce accidents. Amazon has drawn a ton of analysis over unsafe working facilities for a long time now.

Presently it is dealing with two robots called Bert and Ernie. Amazon said that at the vast majority of its satisfaction habitats, the representatives pick or burden things onto mobile shelves as they travel through the way toward fulfilling client orders.

To reduce the need for employees to reach up or twist down while fetching or recovering these items, the organization is testing the robot called Ernie. It includes removing totes off a rack and utilizing the automated arm to deliver items to representatives to guarantee they are consistently in a more comfortable and ergonomically friendly position.

Kevin Keck, overall head of Advanced Technology at Amazon, said that while the e-commerce company was known to the world for innovating for its clients, the robotics for employees gave him extra motivation.
