Bank of Baroda launches WhatsApp services

Bank of Baroda has launched a new service on WhatsApp service. With the growing usage of social media, the WhatsApp banking will offer convenience to BOB’s customers to meet their banking requirements.
The benefits of the WhatsApp services are 24X7 availability of banking services, no need to download application, easily accessible to the customers. It will be available on both Android and iPhone for free.
Bank of Baroda’s WhatsApp banking service is available for both customers and non-customers of the bank. Public can save the bank’s business account number in contact list. Customer can directly co-ordinate directly on the given WhatsApp number.
Bank of Baroda is offering services like balance inquiry, mini statement, cheque book request etc. on the WhatsApp. Even non customers can use the platform to know about the services.
