E-comm giant Amazon upgrades its ‘Amazon Easy’ stores

Online retailer Amazon launched an upgraded ‘Amazon Easy’ store layout that integrates its multiple offerings through a single touch point. The format would provide a touch-and-sense product experience via a physical product display, the enterprise said in a declaration.
Customers can also place an order on Amazon. In with guided assistance from the store personnel and either pick up the order from the shop or get it added at their doorstep, it said. The shop proprietors can now leverage the Amazons final-mile transport program ‘I Have Space’ to supply applications to customers of their location as well as facilitate pickups.
Amazon might quickly amplify the upgraded format stores to other parts of the nation with the present and new network partners, the statement stated.
