MI pledges smartphones to support online education

Chinese telephone primary Xiaomi on Thursday said its arm MI India will distribute 2,500 handsets well worth ₹2 crore to assist on-line schooling of youngsters who are worst suffering from the COVID-19 pandemic in the country.

Chief running officer Muralikrishnan B said in an internet video, “MI India distribution and retails got here up with a terrific concept. Together they’ll be contributing 2,500 smartphones to enable youngster’s maximum impacted by the pandemic to get right of entry to quality schooling.
