MSMEs may shut down if the lockdown continues

Majority small and medium enterprises may shut down if the lockdown continues in the country.

Ravi Venkatesan, Chairman, Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship said, “Around 43% of the businesses may disappear if the lockdown continues for more than 8 weeks”.

Small medium enterprises will get funds which will help them to survive a couple of weeks whereas MSME sector could face a problem.
