Ola is expanding its food business

Ride-hailing application Ola is extending its nourishments business by expanding the quantity of in-house brands, when its center contribution has indicated just a slow way to recuperation.
Pranay Jivrajka, CEO of Ola Foods told ET in a selective cooperation, “Expanding the wallet share of a client is the key measurement for us at the present time, we have four brands across different phases of extension, and we intend to include more”.
“During Covid-19, we saw expanded buyer preference for indulgence eating, endlessly from ordinary suppers,” he said. The organization wanted to profit by a share of these patterns in the coming months, he said.
Over the most recent nine months, Ola Foods has propelled three new brands Bowlsome, Paratha Experiment, and Meal Kits, and extended its determination under top-selling brand Khichdi Experiment.
