As a part of their #GharSeBanking campaign, which launched at some stage in the lockdown, State Bank of India (SBI) has been the usage of social media and virtual mediums to encourage human beings to download the SBI YONO (You Only Need One) app.
SBI is using downloads for YONO, YONO Lite, SBI Quick, BHIM SBI Pay, and Online SBI apps by using leveraging conversational AI and conversational advertising through Facebook Messenger.
