TalentSprint to launch WE programme

NSE Group’s edtech platform, TalentSprint, on Monday declared the launch of the third companion of Women Engineers (WE) program with the help of Google to address gender disparity in the tech business. The third associate, that is focused on first year designing students across India, has been scaled up to oblige 500 members and will be launched in May 2021.
The initial two associates got 27,000 utilizations of which 220 were chosen. Till date more than 50 driving organizations like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle and Accenture, among others have extended to temporary positions or employment opportunity offers to these applicants at a compensation level 150% higher than the market middle for passage level architects.
The applications for this program will open on March 1 and close on March 21, 2021.
