Tata’s ambitious plan for SMEs

Tata Sons is building a marketplace for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in India that will wed the demonstrated models of Chinese e-commerce player Alibaba and web firms like Google and Zoho, offering digital tools and solutions to scale up their business.
The new content, Tata Business Hub, is being driven by veteran Tata Consultancy Services leader Venguswamy Ramaswamy, worldwide head of TCS iON that offers cloudbased IT solutions as an assistance to small and medium enterprises, the Economic Times referenced in a report.
Tata Business Hub will offer a suite of digital tools built by TCS in sections, for example, showcasing and client commitment to SMEs on its foundation nexarc that will likewise have key tie-ups with banks and financial institutions to help little and medium firms raise assets for their business, the distribution referenced referring to individuals aware of the development. “A few organizations can’t get to credit or good technology or appropriate market place to exhibit their products,” one of them said. “This will be a platform to enable that.
