Microsoft introduces a real-time customer feedback tool

The organization made a few Dynamics 365 declarations, including Dynamics 365 Customer Voice, a continuous client criticism device that could contend with Qualtrics, the organization SAP purchased in 2018 for a cool $8 billion.
Microsoft General Manager Brenda Bown says that as more clients move internet during the pandemic, it’s a higher priority than at any other time to catch continuous client criticism that you can join with other information to manufacture an increasingly complete image of the client that could prompt progressively fruitful connections later on.
Bown told TechCrunch, “Client Voice is an input administration arrangement, and it’s intended to engage organizations and associations to manufacture better items, convey better encounters to clients and truly assemble the connections for the clients with that criticism the executive’s instrument”.
