WhatsApp most used teaching medium

In its first-ever phone-primarily based survey, ASER found that most effective one-third of enrolled youngsters had obtained a few form of gaining learning materials or activities from their teachers till September this year.

The survey found out that regardless of which college students were enrolled in, authorities or non-public, WhatsApp become the most used medium for sending studying material.

ASER’s survey focussed on whether or not households acquired getting to know material like textbooks, worksheets, motion pictures, recorded lectures from kids’s schools through a smartphone or a person in the week prior to the survey in September 2020.

“Overall, about one-third of enrolled youngsters had obtained some form of mastering material or activities from their teachers at some point of the week previous the survey. This proportion become higher in higher grades than in decrease ones; and better among college students in non-public schools than in authorities faculties,” stated ASER’s assertion.
